If you would like to send a message to the student representative council, you can reach us via the email address “fs.physik@tu-dortmund.de“. If you would like to contact a council member privately, you can do so by sending your e-mail to “firstname.surname@tu-dortmund.de”. You can find our e-mail names under our names in the table on the student council page.

We publish information about events organised by the Student Council on the homepage of this website and in the calendar. You can also find us on Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram, where we also post all relevant information about events.

The best way to reach us in person is to drop by the student council room P2-E0-405 in the physics building. If there is no one there, please ask the students in the anteroom if anyone has noticed that we are in the neighbourhood. Here you can find a map view on Google Maps, the physics building has the number 21 on the TU Dortmund map.

Basically, we also have a telephone number (0231/755-3766), but it can happen that you don’t reach anyone at all or that only a completely unsuspecting student picks up the phone.
Especially during the lecture-free period, the building is not well frequented, so the safest method so far is to send us an e-mail, whether personally or to the entire student representative council.

If you like it old-fashioned, or have a parcel for us, here is the postal address:

University of Dortmund
Physics student council
Otto-Hahn-Str. 4
44227 Dortmund

If you have such specific questions that no one has been able to help you, you can also contact the study coordinators or student advisors at the Faculty of Physics. You can find them on the website of the Faculty of Physics.
